Lazy Boho And Animal Print

(Please excuse my camera and light quality, I know it's not the best, but I really wanted to post this outfit.)

Hey guys, this is my first blog post of Ace Allure, and I hope you like it.

Outfit Details

Cardigan: Target
Black Lace Crop Top: Urban Outfitters
Animal Print Maxi Dress: Mom's Closet
Black Studded Sandals: Local Store
Brown Leather Shoulder Bag: Mom's Closet
Diamond and Gold Necklace: Birthday Present

The Maxi dress, being essentially a summer item, is one of my favorite kind of dresses. It's light, flows beautifully, and it even makes any gal look taller.

Lately I've been wanting to wear a Maxi dress, but didn't know how to style it. So, in order for this dress to transition it into a Winter Outfit, I decided to layer, layer, layer! I threw over this Black Lace Crop Top from Urban Outfitters, which I got on sale for $9.99 I believe. (I also have been wanting to wear the top, but didn't know what to wear with it.) And to keep myself even more warm, I wore my favorite knit cardigan from Target. I literally wear this cardigan with everything haha. For shoes I just wore some black sandals with gold Studs.

And last, accessories. I'm not a big fan of accessorizing, but the Gold/Diamond necklace was an exception. Now the bag, I tend to "borrow" my mom's purses haha. I'm really into small leather bags that give off a casual, indie sort of look.

Hair and Makeup

Since I was going for a lazy boho look, I felt that curling or straightening my hair would have been too much. So, to maintain that 'lazy boho' look I instead gave myself a messy fishtail braid.  It's quick and easy, especially if you woke up late and don't have time to do you hair. (Braids are usually my go-to hairstyle when I do wake up late.)  Bonus: At the end of the day, undo the braid and be left with beautiful waves.

For make up, I decided to keep the look natural. (I know you can't really see, but I'll try to describe it better.) I did a natural smokey eye, with a slight winged liner. Because my outfit consisted mostly of neutrals, I decided to give my lips a pop of color. I used a vibrant red lip color to tie everything together.
